the games begin
- You will need to register for the Live Event by downloading our application (available in Android & iOS) and following the registration process to create your account.
- Once you’ve created an account and purchased your ticket, a QR code and order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail and your in-app wallet. This QR code is your pass to the show and must be presented and scanned to grant entry into the venue.
- Please note: The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee that a ticket holder will be selected to play as a Contestant.
- You must arrive at the gate with your valid ticket 20 mins prior to the start of the Live Event to ensure you are seated before the start of the show.
- On theme nights, dress codes will be identified as part of the terms and conditions of each event, so don’t forget your costume/outfit!
- In the event that individuals arrive late, they will be permitted entry to their seats when security sees fit in order to avoid disruption (in between segments of the Live Event).
- Without express authorization from the GITP, attendees shall not be allowed to use their cell phones or camera before or during the event. They shall be prohibited from taking pictures, videos, or take any other form of recordings while in the Venue. If violators are identified, the GITP team reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to confiscate devices and lock them in a Yonder® pouch. Violators shall receive their device following the end of the show.
- There will be 2 intermissions, to allow audience members to use the restroom and purchase a beverage. They shall be 15-20 mins long, directly before and after the live halftime performance.
- During the purchase of tickets, individuals can purchase a meet & greet through the Application to take a picture with both the event Host and Don Marco under the Eternal Tree.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. GITP, The Venue and the Producer/GITP are not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen tickets. Tickets are subject to review and verification.
