the games begin
- You will need to register for the Live Event by downloading our application (available in Android & iOS) and following the registration process to create your account.
- Once you’ve created an account and purchased your e-ticket, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail and the ticket will appear in your in-app wallet. The ticket number and your username is your pass to the show and must be entered upon accessing the online broadcast portal.
- Please note: The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee that a ticket holder will be selected to play as a Contestant.
- Individuals attending remotely must log in 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the Live event.
- The Games in The Park website will only allow users with the necessary bandwidth connection (required connection for the Live Event – 5mbps download speed). Individuals attending remotely require a working camera and a compatible mobile device with the necessary Wi-Fi connection for them to be eligible to view and participate in the event.
- The camera on the remote attendee mobile device must not be impaired at any time during the Live Event for security check, if necessary.
- Contestants playing from home must be in an area with very minimal noise so that the transmission can be accurate and comprehensible by the host and production team of GITP.
- Remote Attendees are required to have earbuds or headphones with a fully functional microphone to be able to participate in the Event. In the case they don’t have such equipment, they will not be allowed to participate in the live Sub- game event. No speaker or speaker phone shall be permitted whatsoever.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. GITP is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen tickets. Tickets are subject to review and verification. GITP, and the Producer/GITP reserve the right to distribute additional tickets via online means.
